Systems We Built and Still Run
Not mockups. Three production systems handling real catalogs, real orders and real money every day — with the numbers that came out of them.
A 3,992-Product Catalog That Stopped Losing Quotes
The problem
A promotional products distributor with a catalog too big for its own website. The products page took 22.3 seconds to load, and on phones a layout bug was silently rejecting quote requests — the form appeared to submit and nothing arrived.
What we built
Rebuilt the catalog as a Laravel and Vue application with server-side search, filtering and pagination, and an automated supplier import that keeps thousands of products current without anyone retyping them.
Knowing Which Ads Actually Pay For Themselves
The problem
An automotive parts store running Google Ads with no conversion tracking. Money went out every month and nothing connected a sale back to the ad that produced it, so there was no way to tell winners from waste.
What we built
Installed end-to-end purchase tracking that reports the real order value net of shipping and tax, and cannot double-count a refreshed confirmation page. Added abandoned-cart recovery with signed links that restore the exact basket.
An Operations System That Runs Itself
The problem
Running several businesses meant the same work every week: pulling numbers out of Google Ads, Analytics and Search Console, spotting what changed, and acting on it. All of it manual, and most of it skipped when the week got busy.
What we built
Built a platform that ingests all of it on a schedule, stores the history those APIs throw away, and acts on it — catalog and SEO fixes, ad performance, customer email. It works the businesses on a schedule and reports what it did.
